First Light | Western Bowie Knife | Dawson Select Steel | Arizona Ironwood
They saddled up before dawn, still stiff from a bedroll spread on the cold ground. Coffee boiled while the cattle stirred, and a cowboy’s gear had to be right—because the day would not forgive mistakes.
First Light is inspired by the legendary American bowie knife, a blade trusted by the wildest men in the wild West. From forest to mountain and bears to bandits, no cowboy worth his spurs ventured out without a knife he could bet his life on.
This stunning bowie is crafted from American-made high contrast Damascus steel with a deep belly for slicing and chopping. The polished Ironwood handle is a rich gold and deep brown, with a set of beautiful heat-anodized Damascus steel bolsters.
First Light is a bowie for the modern cowboy; the man who does the work without fanfare, keeps moving when the trail gets tough, and climbs back into the saddle even when the bronco throws him.
